Mini-bio;

The person who maintains this crazy website is known as Erika, or more often as E. Nice to meet you. :) I'm 23 years old and recently graduated from Boston University with a degree in Japanese Language and Literature. I grew up in Southern California, and live there now, working as a barista at a local coffee shop.

Anime, manga, and video games are my three biggest loves. My favorite anime of all time is Fullmetal Alchemist, with The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya coming in a close second. My favorite manga is School Rumble. As far as video games go, I love console RPGs, my favorites being Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss. I'm also a bit of a World of Warcraft addict; my main character is an undead mage named Tearless on The Scryers server. Basically, I'm a big dork and proud of it. (Did I mention I do tabletop roleplaying, too?)

I write some and draw sparingly. I do a fair bit of reading, although not as much now as I did when I was a kid. I'm fairly decent at crafty things; I like to sew (mainly to make my own cosplay costumes) and occasionally knit. I really like music, too, of many types and varieties; some of my favorites are Brad Paisley, Death Cab for Cutie, and Patty Griffin. Motoi Sakuraba's video game soundtracks also get a lot of play on my iTunes. My favorite movie for many years has been Moulin Rouge, and my favorite TV shows are Lost and Heroes.

Websites used to be my thing, but now they're not so much my thing anymore. Even so, it's nice to keep a little part of the internet to be my very own.
